Turn it on - After charged, press the power button to turn it on. Once it is turned on, the low frequency mode is selected by default. It is designed specifically to be used on the left hand for stress reduction, anxiety relief, insomnia assistance, and sleep improvement.
Positioning your Mellow Mate- Our devices are designed to work effectively when positioned in the correct acupuncture point called Neiguan PC8 and on the triple warmer meridian TW3/TW2 (palm of your hand). When held on the left hand, it can improve your sleep and let you fall asleep comfortably if you suffer from insomnia, anxiety, stress (just press the power button and the low-frequency mode is on by default). In order to focus better, hold the device with your right hand while using the high-frequency mode (after turning it on, you'll need to press the power button again to change the mode). When not positioned on the correct place, you will not be able to feel it.
